First of all I would like to thank seller for their honesty and responsible attitude to their customers! It happened that at first they sent me the wrong product, but when I informed them about their mistake and sent the photo, they immediately resent me the right one! The buyer protection was extended. The shipment was trackable only before the arrival to the European airport, after that there was no information for a long time. The buyer protection was coming to an end, and they extended it two more times, until I finally received it. Even if they made a mistake, they resolved the problem with the best possible solution for a client! This is the highest level of customer care! I highly recommend this seller! As for the bracelet, it is beautiful and of good quality. The length is around 17 cm + 2,5 cm of extension. The color is dark blue, more intense than on the pictures. I am satisfied with this product.
